Adding Items To Cart
You can add items to your cart from the item list or item details page. From the item list, simply enter the quantity of the item(s) you wish to add to your cart and click add to cart. From the item details pages, enter the quantity of the item you want to purchase and click the add to cart button. This will place the desired item(s) in your cart and return you to the page you are currently viewing.
Viewing Your Cart
You can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart graphic at the top right of each page. To remove items from your cart, click the "x" at the end of the row. To change the quantity of an item, simply enter the new quantity in the quantity column for that item.
Checking Out
To checkout, simply click the Checkout button on the cart information screen. This will bring you to the user information screen. If you are a returning user who has saved their previous information, simply enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. If you are a new user, click the Register button. You will be prompted to enter basic information about yourself and will be given the option to save this information for use with subsequent visits.
Entering User Information
The first set of user information collected is your name, company, and email address. This information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Hermance Machine Company online privacy policy. You will also have the option to sign-up for our email newsletters. These newsletters are great ways to find out about big sales and events at Hermance's online store.
Billing and Shipping
Here you will enter your address and select how you would like your order to be shipped. We then ask for your payment information. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal are accepted as well as pre-approved credit.
Completing Your Order
Once you complete and submit your order, you will receive an email shortly stating that your order was received. At this point, sit back and relax as Hermance will ensure that your order is handled as quickly as possible with the best quality service. Should any problems arise - we will contact you immediately to get them resolved. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has been fulfilled. At this time, your credit card will be charged for the amount stated on the order.
