The EZ Rail Machine is a feed through shaper/ molder with a built in hopper feeder for parts from 2-8" wide.
- The hopper has an open front end to allow very long pieces to be sent through the machine.
- The 10 HP belt drive motor eliminates vibration and allows for the use of smaller diameter tooling. The maximum cutter diameter is 8".
- The spindle shaft is 5 1/4" long and will accept stacked tooling. Mechanical digital readout for correct tooling positioning.
- Push button controls are mounted on the front of the machine.
- The machine is 440 3 phase.
