Shipping Within The U.S.
The following shipping options are available for all shipments within the United States. For your convenience, Hermance offers a variety of shipping methods to best suit your specific needs.
Free Shipping
Hermance offers free shipping routinely on some items or as part of a promotion. Please note this free shipping applies only to the items marked for "Free Shipping" and only for those shipping methods indicated as being free. If you add free shipping items to your cart, your entire order may be marked for free shipping by mistake. In the event this occurs, Hermance will contact you with the updated shipping charges. Unless otherwise noted, all free shipping promotions are for UPS Ground shipments only within the contiguous 48 states.
UPS Ground Shipping
Hermance offers UPS Ground shipping on all items less than 150 pounds. Items weighing more than 150 pounds will be shipped via a commercial freight company and additional handling charges may apply.
UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping
Hermance offers UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for orders you wish to have expedited to your location if the item is less than 150 pounds. Note, this shipping method is not available on all items available in our store.
UPS Next Day Air Shipping
Hermance offers UPS Next Day Air shipping for orders you wish to have expedited to your location if the item is less than 150 pounds. Note, this shipping method is not available on all items available in our store.
Freight Shipping
All items over 150 lbs must be shipped via a freight carrier. If you have an item that needs to be freighted, your shipping options during checkout will reflect freight shipping not regular UPS shipping. Freight shipping rates may accumulate additional handling charges if you require lift-gate service or if you are in a residential area. The specific freight options are explained in detail below.
Please note that freight rates for international shipments must be obtained from Hermance directly. The rate shown during checkout does not include any international fees or handling charges.
Online Freight - Commercial:
Freight for shipments to commercial locations where a fork lift or dock is present to unload the machines from the truck. No lift gate service is provided.
Online Freight - Lift Gate:
Lift Gate Handling Fee: $75
Freight for shipments to a commercial location where lift gate service is required. The trucking company will unload the machine via lift gate to the ground.
Online Freight - Resid. w/ LG:
Lift Gate Handling Fee: $75
Residential Address Handling Fee: $60
Freight for shipments to a residential address where lift gate service is required. The trucking company will unload the machine via lift gate to the ground.
International Shipments
Hermance does offer international shipping on all products except Festool products. Hermance offers UPS shipping and freight shipping for international orders. Additional shipping costs and handling fees will apply. You will be receive information after your order has been placed regarding these additional shipping charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to territorial restrictions, Hermance is only able to sell SawStop machinery within our sales territory which is approximately a 250 mile radius from Williamsport, PA. SawStop accessories, parts, and brake cartridges may be sold and shipped anywhere. Due to contractual restrictions, Hermance is only authorized to sell and ship Festool products within the United States.
