Company Profile

Accu-Systems is an American Manufacturer of Woodworking Machinery. Our products range from small glue systems, to large double sided machines. We have experience with dowels, glue, drilling, sawing, haunching, coping, miter, mortise, tenon and related fields.

If it needs to be cut, drilled, glued or doweled, we have a machine to do it. We also build special machines in addition to our regular machines.

3S CNC Machining Center 3S CNC Machining Center
The 3S is a Multi-axis CNC Machining Center Used for producing High Quality Panels used in Cabinet and or Door Entry Manufacturing.
H-23 Model H23 Boring and Insert Machine
The MODEL H23 is a 23 spindle drill, glue and dowel machine. It is primarily used for case goods.
HPJ HPJ CNC Point to Point
The HPJ machine is CNC controlled. The easy to use programming allows you to drill, glue, and insert dowels at any intervals.
HVPP HP Series
CNC Horizontal and Vertical axes. Larger that the HPJ, multiple zones can be utilized to load one side while the other is machining.
HPC HPC Series
The HPC machine is CNC controlled and will bore dowel & cope.
HPM10 HPM Machine Series
CNC controlled and will drill, mortise, glue and insert dowels.  This machine offers automated loading of parts and multiple drill units suited to your application.
HPMT HPMT Series
The HPMT SERIES machines are CNC controlled point to point mortise & tenon machines with easy to use controls and exceptional reliability.
HPMTH HPMTH
The HPMTH SERIES machines are CNC controlled point to point mortise, tenon, & haunch capable.
MMTJ MMTJ
The MMTJ machine is CNC controlled and will miter, mortise, and tenon. The winner of the Challenger award, there are hundreds of MMTJ's currently in operation in the US.
MMTX MMTX
The MMTX machine is CNC controlled and will machine miters, mortise, and tenon cuts. Basically this is a double capacity MMTJ.

The VX Series is designed for several types of vertical drilling.

The VXP Series is a vertical machining center designed primarily for panel products.
ADM ADM Machine Series
The ADM machine is a CNC controlled arched door machine.
