Simple, Heavy Duty CNC Router

A simple, Heavy Duty CNC Router that utilizes many of the same features and components from the larger routers. With a handheld controller to manually pull up programs, control spindle and feed speed, and manually jog the axes at the machine. Easily hook up to any computer to have a graphical interface for the controller.

• Y and Z axis ball screw servo driven for high accuracy and repeatability
• Heavy linear guide rails are oversized to provide high level of support and reduce deflection

• Servo driven on both sides of the gantry
• Heavy helical rack reduces backlash and wear on X axis
• Oversized linear guide rails provide superior support

• Available in 4 X 8 table models and a 5 X 10 table for larger sheets
• Optional Nemi grid for fixturing available

• Easy to use, heavily constructed B & R controller
• End mounted tool rack allows easy changing on tools if necessary
• Use any software that you would like to get G Code to the machine, or use Onsrud’s own Cab 2 Nest software
