The MPB has a very compact design while retaining the ability to end-match long and wide boards with speed and accuracy. Its PLC controlled twin cutters and dual action clamping system produce a square cut, first time… every time.
Boards are automatically fed into the machine by polyurethane top rollers and spring loaded bed rollers. The unique dual clamping action holds the boards flat to the bed and square to the fence. The tongue and groove profiles are cut simultaneously on the trailing and leading ends of two end-to-end boards.
All controls are positioned at the front of the machine. These are kept simple and easy to operate. Operating steps are explained on the digital display. The control system includes a fault display mode, it is configured for remote diagnostics via the Internet and features a footage or piece count function. The End-Matcher can also be set to stop after a predetermined footage or piece count, ideal for packaging.
