SPFM END-MATCHER MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

- 10 to 96 inch board length capacity (120 inches with even-ender option)
- 3/8 to 3/4 inch thickness capability
- Minimum width 1 3/4", maximum width 3 1/4", 5 1/4" or 8 1/4"
(relative to traverse 6, 9 or 12 inch bar spacing)

 

SPFM END-MATCHER STANDARD FEATURES

- 27 foot long by 96 inch wide feed conveyor
- 3" pitch ductile iron chains, linked by 3/4" press fit dowel pins,
driven by 15" hardened steel sprockets
- Massive 2" by 3/4" traverse bars suitable for machining 0.375" to 0.75" thick flooring
- 9 inch center to center standard traverse bar spacing
- Feed speed up to 80 feet per minute
- Powered by a variable flow 20 HP hydraulic power unit
- Injection type chain lubrication system
- 3 - 36 inch wide side-shift conveyors
- 3 inch diameter side-shift rollers dual driven by 1 HP motors
- Tongue and groove machining centers laid out on opposite sides of the feed conveyor
- Machining centers are totally enclosed and equipped with interlocked doors
two 6 inch dust collector connectors on lower side of each machining center (1000 CFM each)
- Tongue machining center with 3 - 5HP spindle motors, (trimmer, top and bottom tongue groovers)
- Groove machining center with 2 - 5HP spindle motors, (trimmer and horizontal groover)
- 12 or 14 inch trim saws and 12 groovers
- All spindle motors feature position indicator dials
- Dynamic (emergency) braking on all spindle motors
