The pneumatic controls deliver a simple straightforward operation which requires only one operator.
Using the pneumatic controlled template system, each work piece is done with speed and accuracy. The
operator can control cross feed speed as well as carriage travel speed. Carriage travel speed needs
to be adjusted to compensate for depth and diameter of cut. The convenient working height allows the
operator to easily load and unload the work pieces. Using the pneumatic
template system the machine can
be working while the operator is loading or unloading other work pieces. The carriage assembly has the
Her-Saf crown show and pantographic action insuring an even depth of cut. The all tubular steel frame
construction adds to the durability.
The easy to read control panel is located to the left of the carriage assembly for easy access.
Mounted at a convenient working height with push button or toggle switch access to all functions.
Handle small work pieces by simply making a template fixture to hold them. Small work pieces can now be
done easily, quickly, and accurately. Always make at least two
templates for the Automatic Panel Router;
that way you can load the next work piece while the machine is still working.
Add two adjustable blind dado stops to expand the capabilities of the Automatic Panel Router. The
adjustable blind dado stops work with the pneumatic template system.
