Safranek Enterprises Incorporated began in 1954 as "Herrmann & Safranek," a full-line commercial cabinet and millwork business. Their line of products included modular and no-face frame styled cabinets. They used materials like Corian; vinyl-surfaced materials; high-pressure laminates; oak, birch, and walnut (real woods); plywood; and particle boards -- each with their own manufacturing challenges. In 1957, Hermann & Safranek built at their new location: 4005 El Camino Real in Atascadero California. They established a reputation as leaders in cabinet design and helped contribute to the WIC standards in California. CLICK HERE to view videos of the Her-Saf product line

Panel Routers Many things can be accomplished using this machine and a wide variety of tooling. The Panel Router is being used to make slat wall, cutting out the rectangle vent hole in pre-fab mobile home walls, miter folding on aluminum faced material, and the list goes on. The Panel Router uses very little floor space for the size of work pieces it can handle. This machine was designed to be a time, material and labor saver, and it has proven itself to be just that! |

Automatic Panel Routers The pneumatic controls deliver a simple straightforward operation which requires only one operator. Using the pneumatic controlled template system, each work piece is done with speed and accuracy. The convenient working height allows the operator to easily load and unload the work pieces. The carriage assembly has the Her-Saf crown show and pantographic action insuring an even depth of cut. |

Dentil Molding Machine The Dentil Molding Machine can be set for either single- or dual-cut dentil molding. The Dentil Molding Machine operates using mechanical and air logic technology. It has a steel framework designed with an impact valve to reduce machine stress. Each machine comes equipped with two 8" blades designed to deliver clean, accurate cuts. |

Keyhole Machines The Auto-Feed Keyhole Machine uses compressed air to operate the pneumatic controls. The plaques are placed in the "stacker" and held secure. The "stacker" releases one plaque at a time which is then pushed into position. Once in position, it is clamped and the first keyhole cut is made. Each keyhole cut is cleaned out just as it is cut; all chips from cutting have been blown free from the plaque. |
