The IDM IDI-5300PM incorporates pre-mill, a must for
high quality edgings on doors. This is a multi-purpose
machine equipped to apply thin PVC, veneer, HPL and 3mm
PVC on four sides with corner rounding. Pre-Milling
permits the removal of up to 3mm of material to provide
a chip free edge with minimal glue line. It also
provides quick and easy rework of previously applied
banding. The working units allow rapid setup between
first and second pass and make changing from thin tape
to thick tape quick and easy. This little workhorse is
designed for shops with limited floor space, yet
requiring high quality output. It is a compact machine
with a heavy reinforced welded frame along with a
gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble
free operation. Equipped with, glue scraping, buffing
and hot air. Optionally, machines may be ordered with NC
