Macoser Woodworking Machinery announces the Omec line of dovetailing equipment for 2007. With models from manual to fully automatic hopper loaded CNC, Omec offers the most complete line of dovetailing equipment to match the needs and production requirements of your customers.

 

OMEC srl specialized in the production of milling machines for joints and cutting-of. The production program is based on several types of product, ranging from manually-operated to automatic machines. All products are certified to conform to EC Standards.

 

Some of the products offered by Omec are noted below.

	Omec 450M The Omec 450M has production rates of approximately 20 drawer boxes per hour, cam type clamping, an adjustable eccentric bit, 4 templates standard, and a 1HP driven spindle that floats on linear bearings to minimize both operator effort and error.
	Omec 650M The Omec 650M, like the 450M, uses a 1HP motor, linear bearings, adjustable eccentric bit, has production rates of approximately 20 drawers per hour, and comes with 4 templates standard. This dovetailer has a 16.5" capacity and pneumatic cylinders.
	Omec 750 The automatic Omec 750 with 18" capacity has a production rate of approximately 40 boxes per hour, pneumatic cylinders for easy loading and unloading, and an adjustable eccentric bit.
Click here to view a video.	Omec 750CN The Omec 750CN is a smaller version of our Omec F11CN CNC model that has pneumatic clams, a 20" capacity, 18,000 rpm spindle. This dovetailer is 50% faster (60 boxes/hour) than the Omec 750.
	Omec F8 The Omec F8 is a multiple spindle dovetailing machine designed for speed, durability, and simplicity of use, with a production rate of approximately 80 - 100 boxes/hour.
	Omec F11CN The automatic Omec F11CN is the original Omec CNC dovetailer. This dovetailer has a machining area of approximately 30", spindle speeds of 18,500 rpm, and a production rate of 60 - 100 boxes/hour.
Click here to view a video.	Omec F11TS The Omec F11TS is a touch screen version of the F11CN. The touch screen enables easier and faster operator inputs and a better visual representation of the machine operation. The modified positioning servo combined with faster travel speeds allow production rates over 100 drawer boxes per hour.
	Omec FCN3 The FCN3 is Omec's most automated dovetailing machine that produces both male and female joints. This machine has a production rate of 200 - 400 boxes/hour and is hopper loaded.
Click here to view a video.	Omec SCM 1200 The Omec SCM 1200 is a unique drawer box that allows the operator to assemble the loose box parts in the clamp. With a pneumatic vacuum and cylinders, the total time from loose parts to completed box is less than 1 minute.
Click here to view a video.	Omec SBM 1200 The Omec SBM 1200 is a box clamp that utilizes a box joint to assemble cigar boxes, wine boxes, tool boxes, etc. After compression of the 4 pieces, the box joint holds them in place while the bottoms are attached.
	Omec ICM 300 Gluer The Omec ICM 300 Gluer applies the precise amount of glue to your dovetail joints exactly were you want it. The glue is quickly and accurately dispensed by a single nozzle injector from a pressurized system that requires minimal clean up.
