 Our Automatic Sanding Machines for mouldings mod. LP, LC, LCR are the result of more than 30 years of experience in the sanding systems. A wide range of operating groups and accessories satisfies every requirement in sanding. A great modularity with a big range of operating groups and accessories guarantees a full customization of the machine to the most binding sanding needs of every customer. Moreover, the whole Makor production (from the body of the machine, piece execution, machine-tools, painting, to assembling and testing) guarantees a special and unique quality in the sanding system. All our machines are equipped with inverters on the feed motor and electric switchboard with PLC, which controls each machine functions. |
 Painting For over 30 years Makor has been planning and making machines for the application of varnishing products on linear profiles. Makor offers a full range of machines capable to satisfy every kind of request in the picture frames and profiles market using the latest available technologies: spray, extruder and Vacuum. Thanks to many years of continuous research, Makor can supply its customers with equipments that are incomparable in quality and with a reliable and lasting service. |
 Handling For more 30 years Makor has been designing and making automatic handling machines for frames and profiles. Moreover, Makor can meet its customers' demanding and increasing requirements, thanks to a full range of machines (most of them patented). Makor technology allows also the profile handling at a very high production speed (over 100 mt up to 40 pcs/minute). |
 Drying Ovens For more than 30 years Makor has been designing and making automatic drying ovens and systems for painting lines. Thanks to continuous laboratory researches and to the cooperation with paint producers, our company can offer technologically advanced solutions for drying and polymerization of all the kinds of paint currently present in the market (i.e. water and solvent paint, polyurethane paint, water-based paint, UV paint). |
 Embossing These machines have been designed to make decorations on picture frames and different kind of profiles made of wood, MDF, plastic, and aluminum. Their system is conceived for the application of wood pulp on the profile and the subsequent decoration with a wheel engraved with the pattern of the decoration to be embossed. These machine are also used in automatic system with stackers and de-stackers, where one only operator can run more embossing lines with a high production speed. |
 Hot Foiling The automatic Hot Foiling Machine Mod. DORA has been designed for the application of golden or different kind of foils on picture frames, furniture mouldings and linear profiles in general, in wood, PVC and metal. A great flexibility - 2, 4, 6, 8 heads - and wide range of accessories (Optional) satisfy the largest requirements in hot foiling. The latest technologies in this machine ensure high productivity and fine quality, thanks to an easy set in accessible from any side of the machine without using tools. |
 Splitting For over 30 years Makor has been planning and making machines and system for the industrial production of picture frames. Now-a-day Makor keeps on improving its series and introduces new ones in order to meet the customers' demanding and increasing requirements. Its continuous research has created a group of machines called SAP 30 and SAP 40 entirely planned by using CAD 3D for high production speed and for consistent removals. Making this new series, Makor has paid particular attention not only to the performances, but also to the speed and to any easy setting-up, which are very important for the companies operating in this field. |
