High power linear UV ray drying oven The linear oven mod. KUREX allows the polymerization in line of photosensitive UV ray varnishing products applied both with Sprayer, Vacuum Coater and Extruder, on frames, mouldings and linear profiles by means of special lamps with UV ray emissions. It main feature is the excellent power of the lamp groups with a reduced IR emission (heating), for this reason KUREX can be used also to dry profiles for veneered furniture, resinous wood, etc. This oven is also equipped with n. 1 bottom lamp to dry any possible paint dust on the lower side. |

Medium power linear UV drying oven The linear drying oven mod. KURO allows the polymerization of UV paints applied with the vacuum coater on one, two, or three sides of flooring components and moudlings in general. This oven is also equipped with a lower lamp in order to assure the total drying of bottom side overspray. |

Transversal Hot Air Drying/Curing Oven The transversal oven mod. FTT has been realized in order to speed up the drying process of paint applied on frames, mouldings and linear profiles by using hot air. Thanks to its several different configurations, this oven is particularly suitable to cure UV paint and dry fast cycle paint. As regards the handling the same optional of the conveyor mod. SCD are available. |

IR linear drying tunnel The linear Tunnel mod. FTC has been realized in order to speed up the in line drying process of water-based paint applied on moulding and linear profiles (generally on 3 or 4 sides). Curing is made by means of special catalytic heater (both gas and electrically fed) with IR emissions. The pieces are moved by special "V" shaped tongues, in order to reduce the contact of the parts with the machine to the minimum and save the superficial finishing perfection also of the painting of the lower side. |

Transversal Drying IR Oven The transversal Oven mod. FTT IR has been realized in order to dry water-based paint applied on building profiles and mouldings in general, by means of both gas and electric IR heaters. This oven is particularly suitable for the curing process on complete profile finishing systems, thanks to its numerous possible configurations. As regards the handling the same optional of the conveyor mod. SCD are available. |

Low permanence Vertical Oven The vertical oven mod. FBM allows the curing of dyes and quick drying paint, also water-based, and the flash-off of UV products on frames, mouldings and linear profiles in general by means of hot air on those finishing lines, where the transversal ovens mod. FTT are not enough. According to the customers' requirements it is possible to have a lot of configurations, which allow over 20 minutes permanence with the return in line of the profiles for the subsequent workings or the unloading into baskets. |

High permanence Vertical Oven The vertical oven mod. FCM allows the total curing of long cycle varnishing products, such as polyurethane and water-soluble paint on frames, mouldings and linear profiles in general by means of hot air. According to the customers' requirements it is possible to have a lot of configurations, which allow over 50 minutes' permanence with the return in line of the profiles for the subsequent workings or the unloading into baskets. |

High drying time vertical oven The multi-level oven mod. FPF has been designed for the complete drying of solvent or water based products applied on frames. An uniform laminar air flow inside the drying chamber allows a perfect application and drying of the varnishing product. This machine can be equipped with different number of levels, from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 17, based on the requested drying time. |
