Automatic stacker for drying trolleys This machine has been realized in order to stack linear profiles, such as picture frames, valances, match boardings, door and window parts, etc. onto drying trolleys equipped with arms. Moreover, it allows the automatic loading onto the subsequent working stations, by using an ACR machine. This machine allows the automation of some processes such as spraying, extrusion, hot foil stamping, engraving and handling in line, increasing productivity, diminishing the personnel working at the line, and reducing the production costs. Automatic stacker for drying trolleys The automatic stacker mod. STARK has been designed to transfer mouldings coming from varnishing lines onto drying trolleys. The extremely steady base structure and the innovative handling system make this machine able to manage profiles from 300 to 6000 mm. long. This model is particularly suitable for architectural moldings varnishing lines as it can handle pieces of very short dimensions in multiple so to maintain high production levels. |

Line vertical feeder This machine has been designed to feed finishing lines of profiles that can be easily piled up vertically. Thanks to a double pneumatic device, the weight of the profiles that have to be piled up doesn't press the profile that is loaded at the pile base. This innovative system allows using the vertical loader CVS to feed already painted mouldings and piling up tens of pieces without total weight limits. |
