Automatic wrapping and labeling system of profiles and
frames The automatic packaging system mod. IPL/DS-E has been realized to optimize the packing cycle, increasing the production and reducing the labor time. This system has been designed in order to carry out of the following processes: 1. Wrapping: the profiles are wrapped with the packing material in a continuous way; 2. The paper is fastening near to heads and tails with tape; moreover, it is possible to add a PC programmed Labeler (OPT) to this process; 3. Separation of the packages; 4. Unloading of the wrapped packages in a small storage. A powerful PLC switchboard controls all the machine functions. |

IPL/2 has been realized in order to wrap in a continuous cycle linear picture frames and profiles, made of wood, PVC and metal, by using paper, plastic and similar. Two spindles with a contemporaneous winding at variable speed allow the achievement of a considerable productivity. |

IPL/TES has been realized in order to wrap in a continuous cycle linear profiles, made of wood, PVC and metal, by using polyethylene plastic film. Special tongs stop and cut the film, allowing wrapping cycles on single pieces or in continuous. A PLC electric switchboard controls all the wrapping parameters. |
