Automatic Spraying machine The linear spraying Machine mod. IRIDE has been designed to satisfy the current anti-pollution requirement and for the protection of the working environment. It allows the automatic spraying in line of varnishing products on picture frames, valances, match boarding, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 200 mm wide. A wide spraying booth contains two or three suction vats (made of a special anti-adherent material) where two or three spraying guns (each vat) can be placed. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions. Every kind of automatic spraying gun (air, air mix or airless) can be assembled to this machine. |

Automatic spraying machine for profiles The linear Spraying machine mod. CSP/L has been designed in order to satisfy the painting requirement on both wide and short profiles. The motorized rolls transport system allows a correct feeding of pieces up to 350 mm minimum long. This machine allows the automatic spraying in line of varnishing products on valances, match boarding, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 300 mm wide. Inside a spacious spraying cabin there is a large vat, where 4 or 6 guns can be placed. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions. Every kind of automatic spraying guns (high pressure, low pressure, air mix or airless) can be assembled to this machine. |

Automatic Spraying patina processing machine This extremely flexible machine allows the patina processing and wiping of picture frames and the spraying, just like a normal spraying machine, on frames, match boardings, door and window parts. It is equipped with a specious booth, where two large spray vats, the guns, the brushes, and the blowers are placed; an electronic system allows the intermittent spraying in order to create particular effects on the frames. On the out feed of the machine both the patina processing system and a feed belt are located (like on a standard spraying machine); these units can be selected one by one according to the processes chosen by the customer. The patina-processing group is composed of a support table where the piece is run and of a group where the patina processing/wiping material (such al clothes, cotton wadding, sponge, etc.) is located. Running through this group the patina on the piece is wiped an brushed. This machine is equipped with an electric microprocessor switchboard with electronic dot-staining system. |

Automatic extruder This machine has been realized for the coating in line of paint and gesso on picture frames and profiles of any shape by using an extruding technology. The TF/P, designed in order to meet our customers' demanding and increasing requirement, is a reliable, fast, noiseless and powerful machine. Very quick set-up of the machine thanks to the use of pneumatic pressure wheels driven by a single control. Each pressure wheel has its own pressure regulator with millimetric position adjustment. Fast set up of the guides without using tools. Grooved belts allow a noiseless and powerful transmission. |

Spraying machine with continuous transport belt The linear spraying machine mod. FPC has been realized for the automatic spraying in line of water-based and UV paint on small sizes wooden profiles. Transport by a continuous belt made of a special material; a cleaning system equipped with scrapers assures both the cleaning and the recovering of the over-spray settled on the belt. A wide spraying booth contains two or three suction vats where two or three spraying guns (each vat) can be placed. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions. |

U.V. Automatic spraying machine The linear Spraying Machine mod. FSP has been realized to spray in line UV paint on profiles made of wood, MDF, PVC, metal and on frames in general. Inside a spacious spraying booth there are two suction vats with two or three guns for each vat. Thanks to a special filter system, which allows the recovering of the over-spray, costs on the profile can be diminished. A PLC control system, equipped with a wide display, checks all the machine functions. |

The paint can be applied on 3 or 4 sides or on specific parts of the profile with a complete product recovering. This machine is particularly suitable for the application of both priming coat and finishing coat on complete finishing lines. |
