Cleaning machine This machine has been designed to perfectly clean the panel before painting. The dust is completely removed from the surface by means of special rotating brushes installed on top and even on bottom, if requested. The dust is sucked up using a combination of compressed air and rotating blowers, upper and lower de-ionizing bars and suction hoods. |

Connection conveyor This conveyor has a belt in PVC to run the panels among different working stations. It can be used also as a loading/off-loading zone or for manual finishing touches. Whenever the dust can damage the good finishing, conveyors can be equipped with a clear cover. |

Vertical drying oven The vertical oven with belts mod. MULTIDRY is very flexible. It can handle different types of panels guaranteeing the necessary temperature conditions and air speed during the various drying phases. Thus, this oven can be used for long drying times paints or even for the flash off of products that have to be subsequently cured using UV lamps. |

Drying tunnel The drying tunnel mod. FASTDRY has been designed for fast drying processes. Different solutions can be chosen: IR/NIR/IRCK ray lamps, laminar hot air or wind jet nozzles. Whenever it is required to control the matt of photo-polymerization products, the tunnel can be equipped with UV low pressure lamps. Working parameters such as speed, air temperature or ray intensity are easy to control and allow achieving an impeccable final result. |
Ultradry |
UV drying oven The UV drying oven mod. ULTRADRY allows polymerization of photo-sensitive UV paints applied on panels with a spraying machine or a roll coater. The UV lamps are housed in independent modules and are equipped with parabolic mirrors. The module position can be adjusted to properly cover the surface with UV rays. It is possible to vary the lamp quantity, power and ray emissions based on the product features and requested performances. A bottom lamp can be installed to help the drying of the edges even when their inclination or convexity prevents the rays of the upper lamps. Product matt can be adjusted placing UV low pressure lamps in the first zone of the oven or in a tunnel to be positioned before the oven. |
