area The splitting machine mod. SAP 40 has been designed for the automatic splitting, in continuous, of finished mouldings produced in double, or of single mouldings that need to have a protruding part after the finishing of the surface. The machine has two cutting units with a powerful 15 HP electro-spindle, driven by an inverter with a rapid and precise setting-up. An excellent rubberized roller conveyor, together with a special system of both lower and side guides, assures a correct frame feed, fast and easy to set up. A large sound-proof booth helps reducing the noise during the working phase and makes the machine extremely safe, in compliance with the strictest safety rules. |
