In the production of conventional countertops there are four distinct operations that occur to produce a finished product. The first of them involves the sizing and shaping of raw particle board into an engineered core ready for laminating.

By using an engineered pathway, the Corfab is able to cut, bond, size, and shape the elements of a particle board core in one amazing machine, offering in-line production with the speed and accuracy needed to for high volume countertop production.
