The OMAL HBD 1300 has a 4' work table and CNC bores, glues and inserts dowels. The machine has a cycle time of approximately ONE second for each bore, glue, and dowel insertion when holes are on 32mm intervals!! The selection of the loading zone (left, left center, right center, or right) is executed by CNC PLUS the center reference is excludable for large panels. In addition, the OMAL "Sure Shot" revolver system guarantees a dowel is inserted every time, eliminating misfeeds!

OMAL HBD 1550

The OMAL HBD 2800 has a 8' work table and is specifically suited for drilling and doweling frames. It has a haunching uniting for beaded frames as well. The machine has special clamps particularly well suited for face frame stock. The selection of the loading zone (left, left center, right center, or right) is executed by CNC PLUS the center and side references are excludable so you can process up to 10' long panels. In addition, the OMAL "Sure Shot" revolver system guarantees a dowel is inserted every time, eliminating misfeeds!

OMAL INCO 1550

The OMAL INCO 1550 is a high speed CNC gluing machine for end panels. It can have a stationary table or be incorporated into a production line with conveyorization. It has been designed to rapidly and cleanly insert exact dosage amounts of glue into assembly holes for end panels already equipped with hardware (drawer slides, hinge plates, etc). The user friendly software interface (similar to Genesis Evolution used by Busellato Jet CNC machines) makes the machine extremely versatile. Programs can be written parametrically, can include IF/THEN statements, and are generated using graphical icons (drill, glue, dowel check boxes). The machine can also be equipped with laser identification or bar coding for program recall and part identification.

OMAL Insert Linea 2000E is a double sided CNC drilling and dowel inserting machine. The ultimate in flexibility, the machine is designed to give you the ability to insert dowels and fittings on the edges of panels. It can be configured to use in line with other machines or as a work cell equipped with loading and unloading. The Insert Linea 2000 can work different size panels at high speed without manual intervention. The INSERT R D is a doubled sided drill, glue and dowel machine for rails. The machine is equipped with 3 stations: -1st Horizontal drilling -2nd Vertical drilling (Optional) -3rd Glue and Dowel inserting unit The machine is equipped with an input hopper able to hold up to 10-15 pieces. Piece transportation with precision notched belts, inverter drive for speed control, and positive end stop references. Pushers on belts are spring loaded. The production of the machine is 8 - 10 pieces per minutes depending on the boring required and the part characteristics.

OMAL Jolly Colla Auto Glue Gun

A perfect complement for dowel construction for controlling the exact amount of glue to be deposited in the end panel prior to assembly in the case clamp. The automatic multifunctional glue dosing machine, Jollycolla is designed to spread dosed quantities of glue either with continuous or impulse mode. The precision quantity adjustment is performed by means of potentiometers while the spreading is controlled with a single impulse by means of electric push buttons placed on the gun. The machine is equipped with two large pressurized tanks, one for the product to be applied and one for the washing liquid, with selecting device on the control panel.

The DW 3200 Horizontal Bore, Glue, and Dowel machine is a CNC machine to route hinge and lockset holes, drill, glue and insert dowels in Stiles and Rails. OMAL Insert RF Rafix Inserter

The OMAL Insert RF F1 Hardware Insertion Machine is designed to drill and insert RAFIX or similar hardware. The machine is offered with an interchangeable hopper system for different colored inserts. The machine is standard with single unit and comes optional with TWO insertion units - one fixed and one moveable. The right side drilling/insertion unit is moveable by hand and easily locked in position plus this can be motorized with numerical control and bar code as an option. The work cycle is approximately 4 seconds per cycle.
