OMGA Finger Jointing Lines - FJL 180 SA

OMGA FJL 180 SA Finger Jointing System

The FJL 180 SA is the Semi-automatic line for finger jointing. The fully automated shaper and the rotating conveyor table (2) provide automatic shaping on the two ends of the pieces as well as the application of the glue. Blanks are then automatically transferred onto the staging roller-table (3). The operator takes the pieces from the roller-way and inserts them in the press channel with the aid of a motorized belt and a power roller (4) . When the limit switch is reached the composed board is cut to length (5) and hydraulically pressed (6). The cross traverse movement of the press table allows to eject the assembled length, thus freeing the channel for the composition of the next board. The FJL 180 SA typically requires two operators.
