Moulding Sanders

 

CD2-300
The CD2/300 linear sander is for smaller shops that need to run mouldings. This machine is built up in segments where you can add options that you need. The standard machine comes with two top spindles (2 x 0.55kW) and a roller conveyor to feed the pieces through. The machine comes variable speed control on the sanding spindles and conveyor speed 10-50 f/m. The machine comes standard with Right side sander 6" head to sand right side of moulding. Left side sander 4" head to sand left side of moulding. Speed control on all motors The machine is normally used with Quick-strip brushes for the white wood sanding. If you want to use this machine for sealer sanding normally the QuickDiscs and Nylon is used (QD+QN). The machine comes with the QuickWood Quick Change spindles if you need to change spindles to do both operations.

HX2-150/300
HX2-150/HX2-300 Modules built with 2 x 150/300 spindles for 2 x 11/24 pcs. of QuickDiscs or alternative QuickWood Systems sanding tools. The modules are perfect for sanding long profiles and components down to a minimum length of 400mm (16"). Spindles operate in counter rotation for more efficient surface sanding on both the bottom and edge of the profile. VX Model Provides an adjustable bracket on which the module can be mounted. This bracket allows infinitely variable height and/or side adjustment, at any angle. CX Model A floor support unit on which the VX module can be mounted. The CX is height adjustable and can be bolted to the floor.

QL-1-2-3-4
The QL-1-2-3-4 sander is a high production machine to sand moulding on all 4 sides. The machine is fully automatic and easy to operate. The machine is made for finishing and sealer sanding of long items such as window, ceiling and frame mouldings. The mouldings are led though the QL on rollers, and the length of the item can be infinity. The max. working width of the machine is 300mm(12") and max. height is 100mm (4"). A number of pressure rollers holds the items. These pressure rollers are adjustable by a hand wheel. A PLC control of all the functions in the machine is available as an option. The machine will do the following: * Remove loose fibers are removed from the surface * Considerable reduction of the creation of fibers after primer * Uniform absorption of lacquer or stain. * Profound treatment of the wood * The sealer sanding is considerably reduced Machine features: All speeds are infinitely variable Easy change of tools because of removable spindles. Sanding can be made on 4 sides with 2 spindles on each side. Also available with less sanding drums according to requirement. PLC control available as an option.

QL Frames
This special machine will do sanding on round workpieces. The machine will sand all 4 sides of a round frame. The machine can be setup for different sizes and with different abrasives. Machine comes with driven rollers and variable speed on all 4 spindles.

QL Return
This system is made for a customer in Italy where they want to return the mouldings to the operator.
