SLIDING TABLE:

The sliding table (or wagon) moves on guideways made of hardened steel. These guideways are mechanically dovetailed in position and precision ground to match the radius of the bearing. Each wagon is custom matched to the guideways at the factory. This system never needs adjusting and provides smooth movement unmatched by any competitor saw. Accuracy over the entire stroke is +/- 0.05mm.

“AXIS” ELECTRONIC CONTROL:

Programming capacity of saw blade lifting, tilting and rip fence positioning thru the overhead controller. Memory capacity upto 300 programs.

BLADE GROUP TRUNION FOR PIVOTING:

The double trunion assembly for the blade tilting is part of the blade group casting. This eliminates the possibility of misalignment which exists when these parts are bolted in the place as some manufacturers do. Others used a small pivot pin to hold up the saw group.

SQUARING FENCE:

The steel squaring frame support ensures rigidity and allows the crosscut fence to be mounted in the front or back position. The support also has a quick slide release and articulating arm. The crosscut fence sets easily for miters yet will reset to square with very high reliability.
