Description:

The Sintex NT is engineered for the small to mid-size cabinet and millwork shop. The design of the Sintex NT combines the process of the planer and jointer in one easy set-up. Simply set the controls for the desired finished thickness and width and the Sintex does the rest. Perfect four sided planing and dimensioning in one pass. Less handling and set up equals quick, effortless and safe dimensioning of your wood components.
MACHINE BASE:

The robust machine base is of heavy ribbed tubular sectioned steel which keeps vibrations to a minimum and guaranteeing long-life constant performance.

 RAPID ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM:

Pressers placed in front and behind the top horizontal spindle are simultaneously adjustable with spindle and feed rollers. The left vertical spindle with the infeed presser group and outfeed fence are simultaneously adjustable for prompt and easy setting up.
WORKTABLES:

The tubular steel infeed table with parallelogram system vertical adjustment has a hardened insert in correspondence to planer spindle. The cast iron worktables have a low friction co-efficient and are extremely hardwearing.
FENCES:

The parallelogram infeed fence is adjustable widthwise and the reference engraver fitted to the surface planer guarantees perfect pre-straightening of work-piece. Right fences easily adjust to optimum position according to tool diameter.

FEED SYSTEM:

The top beam incorporates the feed system and is of made of a thick, ribbed tubular structure with manual vertical adjustment (powered as an optional). Shafts and feed rollers are of steel with hardened surface
