Since 1958, Safety Speed Manufacturing has been the leading American Manufacturer of Vertical Panel Saws and Panel Routers, with over 55,000 machines in a variety of industrial applications. They also manufacture a new line of American Made Wide Belt Sanders that are built with the same commitment to quality, durability, and innovation that their customers have come to expect from them.
Their machinery is manufactured and fine-tuned by highly skilled craftsman in their new 36,000 square foot facility near Minneapolis, MN. Every panel saw, panel router, or wide belt sander they produce has been individually aligned and verified throughout their multi-stage quality control process prior to shipment. This ensures the customers are completely satisfied upon receipt of their machines.

Panel Saws Safety Speed Manufacturing currently offers nine different panel saws. Their full line of panel saws are engineered to be low cost, highly efficient, and extremely safe to use. Each machine has a guaranteed alignment built right into the machine and calibrated within factory specifications. They also offer a full line of industrial saw blades which ensure a quality cut for your specific job. |

Wide Belt
Sanders Safety Speed Manufacturing currently offers two different wide belt sanders with 60" or 75" sanding belt capacities. Their 3760 machine has a working width of 37" and a 60" sanding belt. For higher sanding capacity, thee also offer a 75" sanding belt with a 43" width. Their wide belt sanders are easy to operate and maintain and are made from the highest quality components. |

Routers Safety Speed Manufacturing currently offers two different dedicated routers. Their model 3400 is a dedicated vertical panel router offering production routing capability on a vertical steel frame. Their model TR2 is a horizontal table router used for jobs that require 36" or less cross dado capacities. |

Saw & Router
Combinations Safety Speed Manufacturing currently offers two different saw/router combination machines. These machines are able to saw and rout on one vertical steel frame. Both can be changed from a saw to router in less than one minute while maintaining an accuracy of 1/64" straight and square. |
