Saw & Router Combinations

Safety Speed Cut currently offers two different saw/router combination machines. These machines are able to saw and rout on one vertical steel frame. Both can be changed from a saw to router in less than one minute while maintaining an accuracy of 1/64" straight and square.

	Model: SR5 The SR5 is able to saw and rout on one vertical steel welded frame, which is ideal for shops with limited space where both panel sizing and panel routing are performed. This model can be changed from saw to router in less than one minute and has accuracy of 1/64" straight and square. It's equipped with a MID-WAY FENCE™ system as standard equipment, which makes the processing of small panels more efficient. Our patented self-adjusting router carriage provides for a consistent depth of cut when routing.
	Model: SR5U The SR5U is an upgrade from the SR5, with a heavier worm gear driven saw and a 3¼ horsepower router that can be interchanged in less than one minute. The upgrade includes machined aluminum material rollers, an enclosed counterweight, and a MID-WAY FENCE™ system. This machine is ideal for cabinet shops, composite panel fabrication and other applications where both panel sizing and panel routing are required functions.
