4100 CNC End Coping/Dowel Machine

The Unique Model 4100 is a CNC controlled single side machine designed for end coping, and dowel boring passage door parts. The end coping, dowel boring, and dowel insertion are completed in one cycle. The machine utilizes “jump-cope” to eliminate tear out, by using two counter-rotating spindles to end cope door parts that have already had the rail profile machined into them. Multiple dowel hole locations can also be programmed. The average cycle time is approximately 30 seconds.
