CB-200FL - Double Side, Door Stile Press

Machine Features:

• The CB 200 stile press is a fixed bladder, double sided cold press, air operated, roller conveyor feed laminating press with fixed locating points for proper stile lay up
• This machine is constructed of heavy-duty steel tubing and 1/4” formed steel base set on steel feet with leveling bolts for easy of set up and operation
• Space is provided for extra filler strips inside the formed steel base so that the parts to be glued do not have to fill the opening in the press
• The side pressure arms are covered with a vinyl non-sticking cover for ease of glue clean up
• Two heavy duty bladders are provided on each side of the press. Constructed of a rubber inner core and two layers of nylon covering, tested to 275 pounds PSI. Each bladder develops approximately 15,000 pounds of pressure, when each bladder is filled with 100 pounds air pressure
• The in-feed heavy duty roller is furnished with two sets of adjustable legs and travel on steel alignment angles set on the floor. The in-feed roller moves to each opening in the press for easy of loading
• This press is simple to operate and very user friendly
