Dotul Door Stile & Rail Boring MT-104

The MT-104 horizontal door stile boring machine is designed to drill all dowel holes in any door stile up to 10 ft. in length at the same time. Using standard drill diameters  with 7⁄16" - 14 threaded shanks will fit this machine. Longer than 10' stiles may be drilled by step drilling the required hole in longer length stiles. Boring heads are adjustable with a simple hand wheel for accurate locating of drill heads. By merely changing the spacer on each table you can adjust for thicknesses from 2¼" - 1¾" - 1⅜" thick door stiles. The beds are designed to adjust to any thickness you desire up to 4½" to the center of the part. When all stiles have been drilled you can change the position of any two heads to drill all the holes in the door rails at the same time. Each boring head is operated by a 3 hp 220/440 electric motor. Each boring head is equipped with 5 spindles spaced at the customer’s choice of spacing (must specify when ordering machine). Each boring head is controlled by a central control panel unit set on a movable stand for ease of operation. Each table has its only pneumatic hold down clamp operated individually, or at the same time, and can be easily positioned on table for material width. Additional heads may be added to this machine at the customer’s request.
