RB300N-BAG Two sided molding sanding machine for wood and sealer sanding as well as other profiled, square, or round materials. Machine configuration is RB80, RB300, DB300. The first unit is a tilting 80 mm wide unit, the second an oscillating 300 mm wide Roba Belt unit, and the third is an oscillating 300 mm wide double brushing unit. Heavy duty steel welded machine base, drive roller transport system with rubber rollers. Maximum width 300MM with electronic variable speed control from 7-28 Meters per minute (23-92 FPM). Roba Belt RB80 brush sanding unit for right working side. Motorized positioning of all 3 axes. Motorized oscillation in horizontal position. Tilts from -10° to 90°. Second position RB300 belted brush sanding unit. 300MM wide capacity with full oscillation capabilities to oscillate head complete over narrow components to fully utilize sandpaper. Third unit is a 300MM wide double brush unit with counter rotating heads. Oscillation of unit allows for full utilization of sanding abrasives. All units have motorized positioning of units.
