TigerSPC is a caliper set designed to easily make critical quality control measurements. Once attached to the TigerStop table system, the calipers can measure material up to 16 feet long to +/- .008 in (.20mm). TigerSPC can be equipped with a selection of both standard and custom attachments allowing it to be specifically configured for your set of critical quality control measurements.
Why you need TigerSPC
Measuring and documenting your machining processes, in addition to selecting, verifying, and maintaining metrology equipment for those processes, can be complicated. Asking operators to measure from hole-to-hole on one piece, and then from hole-to-end on another piece can be complicated and time consuming. Additionally, not everyone on the shop floor understands the importance of statistical process control, which can be a recipe for disaster.
TigerSPC calipers were designed to help eliminate these problems. With its easy to use snap in jaws, you can change from holes to miters to overall measurements in seconds without losing calibration. All TigerSPC jaws and appliances are machined to ensure the same zero point, so no recalibrating for different setups.
TigerStop makes it easy for you to upgrade your TigerSPC software. TigerSPC works with Windows 10 and other SPC data software available on the market. TigerSPC makes it simple for your operator, ensuring accurate measurements every time.
Equipped with high precision jaws that can be interchanged without the need for calibration.
Measures in fractional inches, decimal inches, and metric.
