A single color wood defect repair system to fill knots, cracks and voids in engineered flooring.
Operation:
The operator places the boards onto a layup table and centers the defect under the platen with the aid of a laser cross hair. The operator presses the foot pedal to begin the operation. The platen, that holds the filler head, presses down on the defect area. The void is automatically filled and cools simultaneously. Once the platen releases, the operator can center another defect using the laser cross hairs as a guide.
