FEATURES
Bottom cutting ripsaw is designed to be safer to operate as the cutting force pulls the material down on to the chain surface rather than forcing it towards the operator like most top cutting machines.
Extra heavy-duty welded steel frame
Dual columns for raising & lowering pressure section made from cast iron.
Large work table: 69” x 35.4”
Maximum blade diameter of 14” with maximum cutting depth of 3”
Split cast iron chain with double rack which is specially hardened to provide for long life and precision glue joint cutting
Variable feed speed from 36~105 FPM by variable speed pulley
When the saw door is opened the saw will automatically brake in 4 seconds
Convenient handwheel adjustment for the material thickness with a linear scale for measurement.
Automatic chain lubricator synchronizes the lubricant flow with the feed chain speed
Kickback fingers installed in the table and in the top pressure section provided for operator safety
Side and rear safety guards for additional operator safety
