John Kravontka is one of the premier Total Productive Maintenance practitioners in the country. As the President of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, John helps manufacturers improve the reliability of their equipment. 
He has a deep understanding of what it takes to move a maintenance organization from reactive to proactive. 
Licensed as a certified maintenance and reliability professional, John draws from over 35 years of experience to provide businesses with immediate and sustained results.
He loves the “light bulb” moment when a client recognizes how a new concept can really help their company’s bottom line. 

John began his 26-year career as a maintenance apprentice with Pratt & Whitney. 
10 of those years were spent in equipment overhaul and retrofitting, and John also became the first TPM “professor” of the company’s ITO Quality University. 
He also worked at The Stanley Works, implementing the TPM process at over 50 facilities, and resulting in a savings of over $2M in the first year.
